  • Did the grappling circuit for the first time 2 days ago. I can barely lift my arms today!! I would only do this twice per week so you can give your body the recovery time it needs after a beating like this.

  • What a fucking badass workout. I altered mine a little, I superset 20 pushups right out of the deadlifts

  • Guys, you really shouldn't do upright rows or roll your shoulders when doing shrugs.
