ABR Cat 3 criterium, Winfield Illinois

Team Clif Bar Midwest gives a tutorial in controlling a race and getting a break to stick. From the gun Jason "Choo Choo" Mindeman strings out the pack for 3 hard laps, setting up Welch and Julian for a 4 man breakaway. Right before their breakaway is caught, Andy counters with one rider and is later joined by 5 more, including Eric Goodwin. The rest of the team goes into blocking mode and the break gets over a minute on the field.
