Until Jocelyn met Big Sister Debbie Groulik, she had never traveled outside of her home area. Now shes a regular globetrotter. Ten years ago, Debbie gave Jocelyn a taste of what shed only seen in travel magazines, and ever since, Debbie has pointed Jocelyn on a path to achieve her dreams of traveling the world. About to enter college this fall, with a double major, Jocelyn hopes to some day thank her Big Sister by paying it forward. But for now, shes happy to join Big Brothers Big Sisters in honoring Debbie as the 2009 Big Sister of the Year.
