Lady at Anandavan, Maharashtra (India) doing embroidery work on paper, cardboard for making greeting cards. The girl is handicaped, leprosy patient, showing great hand-craftsmanship using her foot-fingers.
Really masterpiece notice the shades she created at the edges of the drawing by having dense thread pattern. (Embroidery = called bharatkam/jardoshi in India?)
Anandavan is (NGO - Maharogi Sewa Samiti) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anandwan community rehabilitation center for such patients, who are now cured or under treatment.
