Nice vide, but....
You forgot to use the pull-cord to open the pvc jacket even further, which is required for proper installations, since by using the cable stripper the cables might be cut even if you don't see it at first.

Thank you Thank you thank you....the instructions with with Leviton jack i bought didn't nearly explain the wiring ...but you did very well. much appreciated..works like a charm.

For all you saying don't untwist, yes that's correct. However if you watched the whole video he pulls the individual wires all the way through so that when he punches it down, there is only maybe a cm or so to the point where they're twisted again. He untwisted them for convenience.

@midspan28 You can untwist 1/2 an inch. What you want is to untwist the minimum amount, but you must untwist a little bit to get the keystone jack on.
You will need a switch that will expand your network capabilities. You would run one cable from the router to the switch and then you would have connections through all the other ports on the switch. Can you elaborate on your second question?
