This is Spawn Series 31 Other Worlds. Friggin awesome and somewhat rare set. I have all but goddess Lyra. The nightmare spawn figure is ridiculous expensive now. I bought mine two weeks ago for $100 but I've seen them get as much as $180.

@nukideric Yesterday, I bought a Halo figure (with 26 move points) in special (10$ at the "giant tigre"). I also bought a pack of 16 weapons (am not playing with, it's just as a decoration...I am think of buying another character, for a better posed scene...). Now that I know more about the companie, it's more awesome.
