Im not saying its bad, it has a few great additions and more levels. But when it gets down to it, its really just more rythm strategy.

Only in the sense that it's made by the same people, and has a similar art style.
LocoRoco was a lot like a Platformer, and Patapon is a Rhythm Strategy game. In the end, they're two completely different games.
