@BloopingAsses Its only takes about...1-2 Elite four runs Lol then it should evolve

@BloopingAsses Well you don't need to hack to get Rare Candies, but hacking ruins your computer if that's what your playing it on and Action Replay ruin the DS Card. But it's also an option. If you have found all Rare Candies, asked your friends for some, and some other third thing then hack or AR but try those other things
