Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence of Rudy intact. Mignini framed them.

In my opinion: prosecutor Mignini thinks he is God's avenging angel and his sick mind resulted in Amanda's and Raffaele's conviction. Amanda and Raffaele are not the only people to suffer from Mignini's insane ambition. He accused 20 other people of being involved in satanic rituals and murder. In April 2010 all charges against all 20 people were dropped due to no evidence. Some of the 20 accused people were charged because they did not agree with Mignini.
