I decided to shoot a part of the Lola's House play to originally make it as a surprise to the writer and producers of the play then I figured that I am also doing this to see how much or little can I do with my current editing skills as well as how a short film would look like using the iPhone 4 only. Yes, all footage was taken with the iPhone 4. I also used my iPhone headphone's mic as an external mic so I don't have a lot of noise coming in. Edited with Sony Vegas. No color correction, just a cookie cutter and work space. This is it... Let me know what you think? Special thanks to Henry Mark and Shaunna Touchi for working with me on this little project! I really appreciate the love and all your work that went in to making this film!
The soundtrack is an instrumental version of Christina Aguilera's Hurt and then at the end is the actual song cut into place. I don't own the song but you can purchase her music on iTunes :-)

  • Thank you. I used an app called splice and iMovie. It really sucks you can't upload it to iphoneff.

  • @RichHefner Oh awesome. I should totally check it out. Sorry it took me a while to get back. Been busy with an on going project. I wanna share though something I made the other night... I bought a bunch of conduit connectors all at 1/2", PVC pipes, screws, glue and pvc foam sleeves and made a over the shoulder stabilizer for my Canon GL1. Didn't really think it was going to be something that would work well but it ended up being the best gear I have so far. I'll put a vid up of it soon.

  • @RichHefner Have you checked out the app called CinemaFXV? I just uploaded a video that I edited with it. Check it out. It's so awesome!

  • @DukeofSassington nah haven't had the chance but will do also check out filmic pro and movie looks.

  • @RichHefner I have the Filmic pro thanks to you, I haven't checked out Movie looks yet but I'm definitely going to check that out. Thanks for the suggestions man! Hope NY is treating you well this new year!

  • This was AMAZING! I really enjoyed it. You should submit this to iphoneff.com

  • @RichHefner I meant to also say that I was going to submit it to iPhoneff.com but I have a copy written song that I used for this video so I can't do it :-(
