Sandwich Walls are quick and easy to build and complete. Simply install the metal frame and finish one side of the wall with cement board panels. Then install any services, and finish the other side with cement board panels. Next pump or fill the centre of the wall with low density, high insulating lightweight concrete. Easy to pump and having excellent insulation, sound and fire protection, the highly flowable lightweight concrete ensures a solid wall. The last step is to fill the joints and paint the wall (or coloured panels can also be bought). These Sandwich Walls are quick to install, easy to build, and have high performance combined with low weight (~85kg /m2).
