Million Man March

On October 16th, 1995. Nearly 2 million African American Men gathered at the nation's capital for a Holy Day of atonement and reconciliation.

Called fourth by the honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. Men of all faiths and from all parts of the world gathered peacefully.

Dozens provided inspirational speeches. Farrakhan ended the meeting with specific orders to take back to our communities.

Since the march, adoptions have gone up in the black community. Crime is down. Black banks have grown. Voter registration is up etc.

I was blessed to have been a part of this memorable day. It had the feeling of being in church. I believe the ancestors were there watching over us.

You raised a good point ( Education ) well the minister Louis Farrakhan was once blind and uneducated. But when he got his education he see's things diffrent now. and he is a teacher for black america and he teaches them what white people will never teach us.

73% of blacks live in the ghetto

Almost 2 million are in prison and have criminal record.

Almost 40% live in poverty and rely on walfare.

All this is not an accident. This was designed.

What did this acomplish? To this day white people are still blamed for everything bad that happens to every other race in america! I really hate to put it this way but...the same way black people can dominate sports with such greatness. Is the same way black people need to dominate their education! And with education everything else in life will fall right inline! They're has to be a interest in learning for that to happen of course! But education in my opinion is the key (not marching)!
