Just another example of police trying to intimidate citizens into compliance. And what an unprofessional thing for an officer to say "I don't care if there were witnesses" - and then they wonder why citizens don't want to talk to them. It's because police will report what they want, regardless of what other witnesses observed and he just confirmed it.

@FishFingersNH: Even if she called the officer a vulgar name, that would still not be justification for arrent. As long as she was not inciting violence, she was behaving legally.
