  • @SevenCelts I didn't know you could hear text....

  • @seanjared97 dude not trying to b a dick but i leave just south of ya in SD its not much better down here for wind and i can run mine in 52 and lower and im only going to b a jr high school this year just do some 800 for training in the begining of the season or for a warm up every day jog a mile trust me it help but also make sure you lift along side it

  • @SevenCelts thats because he is.

  • @hendrixrox12 wat do u do in track?

  • @seanjared97 sweet bro. i go to simle! i don't run the 400 though

  • @hendrixrox12 just became a Freshman at Central Campus in Minot, and at Jim Hill Middle School, i was 4th best for the 400

  • @seanjared97 dude! i live in ND too! what grade are you in? no offense but 1:01 is kind of slow.

  • @MatttHa actually ya, my coach figured out that my dead spot is at the 300-350 meter mark, and my best time is 1:01, and the problem for the fast jog plan is that i live in ND and here we NEVER have a calm wind day during our track season, and so the fast jog still kills me cuz i have to fight the wind, and i cant will my muscles to bend down or else i loose power and speed

the last 200 bolt is at i normally do, but i can never beat my 1:01 time

  • @seanjared97, What's your 400m time? And trust me on this, I'm pretty sure you're not running "Full Speed" for 300-350 meters. Strategies for the 400: First 200m, you shouldn't be trying to go full on, you should be about 2-3 maybe 4 seconds off of your 200m. The Last 200m is where you pick it up and give it all you've got.

  • im a sprinter in track, and im 1 of the only ppl that dare to the 400 from my middle school (im now a freshman) and it would always kill me if i actually tried to place in it, but my problem is i can only sprint my full speed for about 300-350 meters, and i dont like fast jogging 1st 100-200, can anyone give me any tips on how to get more endurance over summer without loosing the speed
