all these people are retards for saying you have to wear orange. its a choice. all hunters should understand that you dont take a shot at some random thing you can see. Get positive I.D. of the target your shooting! You wouldnt shoot a spotted fawn right..... or a buck in doe season right...... so you wouldnt shoot a human who is walking with camo. If your stupid enough to shoot a human who is wearing camo and think its a deer, you shouldnt be hunting!

@snowxer2207 the problem with it being private land and (no one else being on it) is that people will trespass weather there is signs or not. dont rely on it being private land..And people shoot at sound and movement so it really dont matter weather your in a stand or stalking

Their is no orange law up here and usually only wear it if their is a drive going on. Hear on our property, which is about 150 acres their are only 3 people that hunt it and we always know where everyone is. So are saftey is fine. The land is all posted so if anyone else is in there, orange or no orange shots will be a blazing. So its all camo all the time, especially white camo, deer dont notice that whatsoever.
