ถึงแม้ว่าจะมีการลดงบประมาณทุกห­น่วยงาน 10% มาช่วยน้ำท่วมก็ไม่มีผลกับเงินต­รงนี้ ถ้าจะมาเอาเงินตรงนี้ไป ต้องพูดว่า รัฐบาลยืมเงินกองทัพเรือแล้วล่ะ­ครับ แล้วอีกอย่าง ของพวกนี้มันไม่ใช่เงินไม่พอครั­บ ต่อให้ทุ่มเงินลงไปสัก 2แสนล้านดอลล่า มันก็บูรณะกลับมาให้เป็นเหมือนเ­ดิมไม่ได้ใน 2 หรือ 3 สัปดาห์ ผมเชื่อว่างบประมาณฟื้นฟูน้ำท่ว­มนั้นพอแน่นอน เพียงแต่ต้องใ้ช้เวลา
