teresa teng, tian mi mi

I dedicate my home-made movie to Teresa. A cartoon from my upcoming novel. A boy and girl, a bicycle, a dog. In the company of Teresa's Tian Mi Mi there can only be blue sky happiness. My aim was love. In the pleasure of Teresa's presence I felt I came close to achieving world peace love. The light of Teres'a words, carried me through my months of cartoon making. Her delicacy, the power of her delicacy, lit the way. A dreamy journey from the countryside to the city. In moments, in memories, on a swing, in each other's chemistry. My reason and my desire was good company. And accompanied by Teresa's honey, I was not only in good company,I was truly in great company. Together with the moving, sunning images of Conrad Hall's photography of Paul Newman and Kathy Ross, I was not only in the land of legends, I was ambitiously inspired. In every stroke, every morph, every paper frame (each frame was no bigger than an average business card) the happiness of colour and speed and togetherness carried my flying determination. What words could not do, for my tribute, the moving images, the movie did. It got closer to the heart of my tribute than any words attempted by my simple cranking brain could ever have. Your little film reminds me a lot of mainland China, with all the couples on motorcyles whirling through the traffic. I'm a recent convert to Teresa Teng, I'm a honky so I had never heard of her, but the song fits well with your drawings. Good post.
