  • women do better at lower body exercises because most of their muscle tissue is in their lower body whereas its the reverse for men, most of a mans muscle tissue is in his upper body. So lunging and squatting for a woman will be technically easier. This said, men should trian their lower ody and women should train their upper body. .

  • @eowdaoc knee wraps are a good idea for anyone who needs them. Knees often cant handle certain positions, yet if a person wants to squat I say good for her.
