回歸咁難都係等 15 年 (1982-1997)。點解普選呢D普世接受證實行得通口既現 代社會應有口既制度我地要等 38+ 年 (1982-2020+)？

It took 15 years (1982-1997) for HK to make a unprecedented change (the peaceful resumption of sovereignty of a capitalistic city to a communist China).

Now why do we need to wait for 38+ years (1982-2020+) to adopt a universally accepted modern system-- universal suffrage?
