Remo Emperor Clear.

Just giving you a sound test of the Remo Clear Emperors on the toms. Couldn't afford the 8" clear at the time of purchasing, so it's still got an old coated Emperor fitted ¬_¬

Starting with the snares off at first so you can hear them clearly without any buzz.

This is the first time I've ever changed to clear heads. I've always been satisfied with Coated Emperors, but wanted to try the clears. I love them :)

I never expected such a change in tone and feel, lol. The clears are much more warm IMO, and have more of an open mellow sound.

@MrFalobalobalob Yeah it's a beauty, don't want to sell it at all :( but I can no longer afford the practice room where my acoustic kit is kept, so I'm using the money off these to pay off my Yamaha electronic kit. Only wanting £500 - £600 for it.

I use 1 ply heads... but I'll probably switch to 2 ply... nice sound!
