  • Apparently I am unable to do the wireframe thing. Your viewer background has like these square blocks on it, mine is just gray boxes. When I drag the video wireframe thing holding Shift the video becomes bigger but it just hides behind the gray box so I am unable to see where i'm dragging it etc. It's just not the same as how yours comes out. How can I fix this?

  • @xGunMoll

Hello GunMoll, the grey box won't always be there. You have a updated version of the application. The version I am using now is 6.0.6 the square boxes are not on mine as well. Also make sure on the tool bar go to the viewer tab then pick image + wire frame on the viewer and on the canvas as well.

Also reset your final cut pro. Make sure your using the correct sequence.

  • @TheCTMTV Oh but my version is 7.0.3. Would you know how I could remove that gray box? Yea I have picked the image+wire frame on the viewer and on the canvas as well but nothing like yours came out :s

  • @xGunMoll I have never heard or come across this problem. The format of the clip may not be suitable for FCP, convert the clip to a useable format. I think you may also want to go to preferences then reset final cut to the original settings.

  • thanks so much for this TUT :X
