I haven't seen the later seasons of this show yet. If she hadn't been identified, I would hav had no idea who the woman in the mask was. Interesting re-design.

Cheshire is a stone psycho killer in the comics. I imagine she's treated a bit differently here.

I doubt she would be nuking entire countries in this show.

It isn't really a "redesign." This particular show has the characters when they were "kids." Most characters are "younger" than their comic counter-part. In Young Justice (cartoon) she attempts to nuke/blow up places, though she was used by Raishal Goul (Rai Goul)

@archer1949 She only appears in two episodes, one being a brief cameo and the other when she is fighting speedy. It is confirmed that this is the TV version of Cheshire, but she has no voice and seems to fit her name better than her comic book counterpart in my opinion.
