each part for 5 minutes.

@uilium I noticed aftewr crying, Something gets reaveled to me that I didn't know,Crying without thinking negative thoughts releases a though you couldnt remember. True.

I cried yesterday and I noticed that I don't feel bad when I cry sometimes but feel great emotion that hits me from somewhere repressed I am guessing. So, I look for a crying meditation. This is great but the first one anger or gibberish? Respect to u sir.
