Autumn Trainings

Footage from a whole day of training. Startin' with some basics and workin' our way up to more advanced tricks. I hurt my foot on the landing of that first rudy so I slowed down a bit afterwards and focused more on my filming.

I also made all the music tracks to it, tried my best to make them fit the video, learned a good bit about my music making skills and really challenged myself on creativity, but I must apologize for the gay tune with the pan pipe... for some reason when I hear that song I see newborn babies instead of two guys playing with some obstacles.

I hope everyone enjoys it!!

This is the side of training that many people never get to see...just the thought processes behind experimenting and testing new movement patterns. The sad thing is that many don't do this anymore...they are only looking to film the BIG stuff..it's pitiable almost...Nice work Epic...cultivate the mindset

Hey Epic, I heard you have those KO parkour shoes. I am thinkin about getting them myself. How do you like them?
