lets see here you got whole wheat bread which is refined grains that is NOT healthy then you got soy burgers soy is extremely toxic and should not be allowed to be sold on the market its an abomination. and then you microwaved your vegetables the microwave does horrible

things to your food. and well you got some ketchup thats sweetend with splenda and that makes it a ok food but still its not healthy but it is better than normal kectchup
and then you got a slice of processed cheese which is junk too
but the one healthy food item you got there was the fresh raw onions

i remember they served soy burgers at my school when i was a kid, i thought it was kinda gross then, but looking back, it was actually really good for a burger, especially if grilled
