This is a very easy tutorial on how to make your desktop background a Website!!
First just right click on your desktop.
Second go to "Desktop" in the tabs.
Third go under the pictures and click "Customize Desktop".
Fourth click Web.
last click on New or set it for your home page and press OK. then Apply and Ok again! Thats All!!!!
