Stalls can happen no matter how fast your going

can anyone teach me how to do spin, just had my first flight and i wanted to do sumthing out of it... thx..
btw, its C172 am using...

stalls can happen at any airspeed. what this guy is doing is called an 'accelerated stall', i.e. increase the bank angle to increase the stall speed.

Spins are supposed to be stalled, I see much forward speed in these i.e. spiral dive?

It depends on the model. Many, if not most, 150s and 172s are fine for spins. Pipers are notoriously noted for not allowing spins on their aircraft.
Also, in Canada, spins are mandatory on the PPL flight test.
They are fun!
