The worst ref work ever. Never took a point for the constant rabbit punches. It was only obvious that Ali was displaying the foul by putting his right arm behind his head in the clinch. Still the ref did nothing. Not that it mattered in the end. But it did inspire Sylvester Stalone ,(Who was ringside.) to write his script for ROCKY.

@MrCaptainSr79 I'm not hating on the guy Chuck Wepner, he did a good job fighting many strong opponents. But I don't if you followed Muhammad's story, but is was more than just fighting. And that is what I admire, he isn't the muslim's champion or the black's champion BUT the People's Champion.

@CR9Nike After reading your last two comments, I see your point as well, and can understand why many of these people are unwilling to give much credit to Chuck. Especially after considering the era in which the two fought in, it makes sense.

It seems to me it isn't fair and that is why Muhammad Ali fought, not for money and fame but for the people who can't speak. I'm just saying.

But they don't show everything happening as in example in the Middle-East.

I can show you in a split second how a child in Afghanistan in a hospital without his legs and arms in bandage, crying.

Those images are so brutal they won't be shown in the US media, but that is because the government won't alow it even if CNN wants to show it.

Why do white kids have christmases, a warm home, a mom and dad and all these toys.

But being born as the minority and being discriminated all your life and being in a point I myself believed and other believed that we really are less then white boys and girls with blond hair and blue eyes. As the are shown as the "beautiful kind of people".

And as Muhammad Ali, grown up at the same way but proving himself by fights and words to these people is hugeeee.

@CR9Nike Also, other than Fox news, I'd like to ask specifically what media outlets you are referring to and what evidence you have to support this with? I can see how Fox news in some ways is racist, I however cannot see how MSNBC and CNN are racist as they often take an anti-racist and pro-equality stance on every issue.
