You were cute with hair but a 20th birthday head shave must be something like an inititatic haircut. Don't worry, you look manly both with and without hair.
I think a very short buzzcut should suit you better than the shiny bald cueball. You will know in 1 or 2 weeks.If it's true, than you can buzz your head every other week...
I suggest short hair in summer and long hair in winter...
