Remember being depress doesn't help anything just make your life more worse!! Get out of the hole get your life back! Believe in God and make a target in your life!! Don't take life so serious!! Achievements will give you more moral in life. Make more money or find a job which you like and do things you are happy with don't listen to others often most people who sees people who are depress just pity you!! Ask for professional help!

I suffer from clinical depression and can tell you I have come very close but I thank the good Lord I never did! People do care but most don't know what to say so make light of it as temporary. I had a nephew 46 follow through with suicide this week. I lost a 32 yo cousin in 1992. Had another cousin almost die 5 months ago. It is scary and real but can be overcome. I could not afford a doctor nor meds but where there's a will there's a way! Suicide is real and forever. Please Please seek help !

Yeah friggin great idea for help lines but all it does is lead u to a Dr and that costs money that I don't have and I need meds which I can't afford so u tell me how not to end it and spread my wings
