This simple drill teaches that as the torso is turning away from the golf ball
the forward hip starts turning back toward the golf ball. This produces a whipping action of the golf club.
Doing 25 reps of this drill each night slowly allows you to feel the rear leg Loading and releasing properly. Takes 5 minutes a day
