What?! Police mistreating people? What happened to a breathelizer? Did they check his BAL? Nope, now this guy is a stroke victim. What reprocussions (if any) did the "officers" receive? Maybe there should be some training in recognizing stroke victims, I'm a civilian and i know what to look for. These guys are front line, you would think they would receive such information. GO ARMY!
