That's silly. I've created many pieces of open source software and released it to the public. Anyone could take that and sell it. I get by knowing I did people a favor.
Storm chasers and photographers just love it when someone takes their footage and sells it to a tv station as if it was there own. Sad but true. Copyright bullshit is a necessary evil.
I think Supercell storms have the most beautiful, athmospheric, majestic clouds. Even if they are violent and dangerous, still they are an expression of God's art. They are really the kings of the sky. I understand why they are so studied by storm chasers and scientists. It's like to search and answer for such beauty.
Actually periodic research is done approximately once every 5 years, Oklahoma has more tornadoes than any state in the United States, Texas ranks number 2, however if you did some simple research, you would know this. . . in fact in order to rank Oklahomas numberr of tornadoes on average you would have to combine the states of Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, and Arkansas together just to get near the number that Oklahoma recieves, but nice try. . .Courtesy of SPC NOAA. . .
@lionsforlyons Yep; the storm not too much farther to north put down a couple of nice tornadoes near dark, which I obviously missed ... and I didn't care. :) Best LP structure I have ever seen.

Very very nice chase,
Could you please name the song?

That copyright bullshit is annoying, it's not like the supercell is your property.

One of the few chases I can recall where I didn't see a tornado and didn't mind one bit. :) GORGEOUS storm.
