Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today invited top functionaries of the Union Government to Gujarat and see learn firsthand the rules of development, how the state has developed during the last decade.
Rounding up his day-long Sadbhavna fast at the religious place of Dakor in Kheda district as p art of his state-wide Mission to hold such fasts at 33 places, he said the key to development was 'inclusive growth through collective efforts' through peace, unity and brotherhood. It is only by taking everybody along the path that development reaches the target group, and not by clinging to the chair and dividing the society on the communal and caste line.
He announced new development works worth Rs.902-crore for Kheda district. He recalled development works worth Rs.757-crore for the district during the last state-level Independence Day function.
