Espectacular la escenografía y la producción de este evento. Pero el escenario se ve un poco pequeño. Nunca puede superar al Miss Universo. Anneta Beata Kreglicka (Miss World 1989) tuvo una reacción súper serena al saberse ganadora. No tuvo ninguna emoción. Fue como si nada hubiera pasado. Tal como ocurrió con la negra de Bermudas en 1979.

Había participado también en el Miss International (celebrado como siempre en Japón) y representando por supuesto a Polonia.
