Peter doing a ManMaker with two 24 kg kettlebells. The ManMaker is a complex exercise consisting of a push up, two renegade rows, a double clean and a squat. This makes one repetition. Peter does five.

This exercise especially works the abdomnial musculature - your body probably is very sore the days afterwards.
