Nordic curls are great for developing strength through the hamstrings (particulalry eccentric strength) - the big problem is they are a very tough exercise and one of my top progressions. Here's a simple way to introduce the exercise using a superband for some assistance (my technique is a little bit messy, but you'll get the idea).

  • @matchfitirl thanks for the comment - I should have mentioned in the description that I actually picked this up from another coach that I saw doing this (can't remember the name though), so it's not my original idea!
