It's best to be honest with yourself though. I am never with the "always be positive" crowd...it messes up my energy...if I'm mad it should come out...if I'm disappointed it should come out.
Right now I have the best feeling that I've had in over ten years and it 's because I expressed my true emotions....just being real.
