  • Worth the money. Finished P90X in Jan and can't say anything bad about it--good program. Just got this one last week. Have only done 3 workouts and THEY ARE GOOD. Did the tabata inferno and didn't think I would make it to the end(did I mention I just finished P90X?) Think this cardio and Inferno are better than the "X" cardio and Kenpo. If nothing else I have a good replacement for those for less $ than the P90X-Plus. So far this is comparable to the"X and you really can't go wrong with $20

  • I got it at walgreens for 20 bucxks, well worth the money!!

  • I like the system so far doing it and posting my videos daily on my page to see if I truly get ripped in only 90 days.

  • may seem like a p90x rip off but this is legit...and for $20? its worth it. i like p90x but remember its $150

  • @Supreme90R it really is for toning im already 2 weeks in i only lost 3 lbs but my pants are already looser and my muscles are bigger. meaning i lost the fat but kept the weight in muscle.

  • @ericinghammontevista no pull ups you need an exercise ball. as for the weights need to know if you are a girl or a guy and how strong you already are. if you are a girl you want to slim and tone so you should buy weights from 5-15 lbs. if you are a guy who wants to bulk up and look better 10-30.

  • can anybody recommend the amount of weight for dumbbells i need? and is there pull-ups in this program?

  • This is a great work out program. It has a great warm up and cool down that is very helpful.
