Pirate versus Ninja Banned Butterfinger Commercial

So I entered this Butterfinger commercial contest, and they banned this commercial, who knows!? Maybe they are an office full of pirates and don't like seeing Ninja's win.

Their stated reason was that I didn't use their catchphrase in the commercial "Nobody's Gonna Lay A Finger On My Butterfinger"

Perhaps some words in the official catchphrase are different compared to the one in yours? Compare it to Bart Simpson's catchphrase quote. Nestle probably also wanted a better looking wrapped Butterfinger and cleaner looking text used for the catchphrase.
