I don't want anarchy or a depression but I just have this feeling everything isn't going to be ok. I think the stimulus plan will generate some jobs but not enough to employ all of the 5 million (and growing) out of work in the U.S.

If Anarchy is what you want, Anarchy is what you're going to get. Will it balance the power back into the people's hands? Not likely. Be careful what you wish for, because the days of comfortable, safe living is drawing to a close. No more cars, no more utilities, no more refridgerators, no more electricity, no more safety, no more fuel, no more grocery stores, no more neighborhoods. Think of the world like one giant "free-for-all" gangland, where everyone is fighting for resources to survive.

I get that feeling too. I am really skeptical about this stimulus plan---where's the productive capacity like in the early 1990s (e.g. Birth of the Internet)
