Team Fortress 2 on Ati 4870 512mb

In this video i was playing on a full 32 man server so that takes a toll on my system. 1680x1050 settings on highest,8xmsaa,16x af, no hdr or motion blur.

a 500 watt powersupply will be fine for this right? I have and intel duo core at 3.00ghz instead of 4 and 2 gigs of ram. Thanks.
