  • When when someone did this to me i freaked out and thought it was a illegal move. But this vid helped me out and i will look for more opertunities like these.

  • Yes. One less pawn for promotion is right ... and that becomes more and more important as the number of pieces on the board dwindles. And there may be a great number of other reasons for capturing a pawn. :-)

  • This seems stupid to me. But I guess that's one less pawn for pawn promotion.
