With pilots course pass marks dropped to 40% one can see how standards have dropped. There are insufficient aircrew and technical personnel. White servicemen are not promoted and most have left the force. Many have joined the Australian Air Force. This air force is going the way of Zimbabwe.

Awesome, the old SAAF was a world class Air Force. WHen I saw a SAAF pilot, I was in awe, cause you knew he was elite---the best! Now the SAAF is a gutted!

Thanks Brice - I agree with you - Trained with the SAAF in the 70's and it's not the same anymore however I must say the standard of training is still excellent
