how should my flan look after boiling? when i was stirring it started to grow al il strong, but im not sure if it was enough, i did it for three mintues cuz i bought it in the sotre and it gave me directions but im not sure how it should look.

@aznlonelygrl : There is no fixed boiling time, it depends on how large is ur container. After 10 to 15mins boiling, U can use a chop stick to put in the flan cake, if there is no "running" liquid stick to the chopstick means it's done already :) Note that if it's still soft, may be it's still done, when u put it in freezer it will be harder abit.

uhh hint of caramel, if the color is light, the caramel will be too sweet. if its too dark, its going to be bitter. if it just right! its gunna taste really good!. .... good job!

thanks for the hint :) first time I also got it abit too dark, taste bitter, really have to got it just nice :D
