Kelly Ryan's routine from the 1996 Fitness America Pageant. Think what you want about her but back then she had the PERFECT shredded body and an unbelievable routine that greatly elevated women's fitness for the next 5 or so years. She's friggin' sexy to boot. I don't think she looked as good in her IFBB years.

She had it all going for her. Then she got hooked up with that jerkoff murdering meathead Craig Titus. She had that plastic surgery which really changed her face from very cute into some monkey looking thing.She was involved in the murder of Melissa James.Now she is warming a cell in C-block.She has had a far fall from what she once was.
