I've been using this for a year. I upgraded to the latest version and all my custom tags were gone. I fiddled around with the ip discover and I thought it was a great addition, but did not find a way to add printers to the inventory list, or find a way to create separate groups for printers, workstations, servers, etc. It is a light app, and does the basic job of tracking the agents, but I think the web interface for OSC is actually a clunky pile of shit.

As per my experience with OCS, there are many hidden problems associated with it..
After struggling 3 years with it I decided to check some serious vendors in market and finally liked clarilog solutions (A french company). Solution is great and resolved a lot of mine problem.

Can you make an instal video of how to get OCS properly working on windows?
I got the same as in this video but I cant get all the computers in the database in there.
