6-year-old girl get gun held to head by police in PA due to the war on drugs.MOV

This is a re-posting of a video which disappeared from this youtube channel. I hope it wasn't the parents who changed their minds, but I didn't get any message from them, so I assume it was police complaining about it, since they completely deny the use of automatic weapons in the raid, especially used against children. But I was there and it definitely happened. The police raid at the ACME universal church of love and music was on August 1, 2009. Myself and two others were there, along with my 2 dogs who the cops threatened to kill, if Rob hadn't gotten "them under control" (while at the same time was being yelled at to "get down on the ground"). The 2 children in this video were with other kids at the time of the raid, which consisted of the 200 or so festival attendees, many of whom were church members, and the approximately 50 police officers ranging from full SWAT gear to full camouflage. Many of them pointed automatic weapons at people, including this 6-year-old girl. She states that the cops pointed a machine gun at her head and searched her 3 times. Of course, no police officers or their superiors were held accountable for anything. Just another example of the drug war being used to abuse the people who pay the bill for it.

Give me a break - not a single picture, video, or news report of this event; just some people claiming it happened? The cops busted up a drug event, sounds like (from all the videos), and now you want to whine about it? Hint-to avoid the cops having guns around your kids, keep the DRUGS away from your kids. Seriously. What kind of "church" encourages kids to shove each other around like that on camera, either?

@LadyGreenEyes964 There are photos, however not many since the cops confiscated cameras, and phones which had cameras if people were trying to record any of it. I find it SO FUNNY that you can't picture a cop telling someone to stop filming or photographing. You practically were arrested just for that at this scene.

Like you said most of the videos on youtube are not serious at all, but you claim that this has credibility. 702 Ben and i are pointing out that their is no proof behind this and that people shouldn't believe this just because 6-year-old girls say that it did.

@Dillinger128 I am seriously laughing my ass off at all of you who are pointing out that this was a six and 8 year old. Well, they didn't film it, edit it and put it on youtube. The people who run NY Harvest Festival, a credible production company in NY State, did so, and we were AT the raid (3 adults!) promoting our festival. The same band was playing both shows. Continuing my first paragraph -> The fact that they have the power to erase evidence proves the illegality of the system and that the cops cannot protect us any longer in fact it seems they are a much more threatening GANG than the average gang activity on the streets. They crack down on non-violent offenders cuz they're the easiest and the most harmless. So while they spend all these resources on drugs and not on real time criminals -> they still happily collect our money to fill their pockets.

I call this an act of terrorism and promote the freedom to bear up arms and protect ourselves from all foreign and hidden enemies. How do we know that the Federal Government isn't in league with the Cartels who are still promoting the drug trade as we speak? Google US Patent 6630507 -> which proves the government TRIED to patent marijuana as a plant but failed because only certain properties were patented not the "plant itself" LOL! Furthermore, they are cracking down on NON-VIOLENT "criminals"

Alright,located one, WAY down the list (had to load a lot more suggestions) called "Drug Bust at Peaceful Church" - assume this is the case? Few questions. Is there a response from police about the gun to a child's head? If that did happen, the cop should be fired. Charged, as well. Is it true that pot, LSD, and mushrooms were found there? Pipes? Who cares about pipes! Those are NOT only for drug use. Any charges filed against the cop?

@nyharvestfest - Could we see a video of those photos? VERY aware that many cops threaten those that take pictures or videos of them. Messed up. THEY film US, without permission, and WE can legally photograph or video anyone in public. Those protesting that make me feel they are hiding something. I can picture that easily. Just saying, include the pics, so we can see the evidence. Against bad cops as much as anyone, but innocent till proven guilty for ALL.
