The difference between the sixties and today is that they had balls to stand up to the warmongering government of the day and any corruption. They took on the government head on and it wasn't only in America it was war in the streets around the world because of what was going on. They were known as the love generation but they were active in resisitng government corruption. Luckily the bush presidency was decades later or he and dicky cheney would have had to answer to peace loving generation.
