This project was created by: Miles Cernauskas, Felipe Munera, and Eric Yuan. For this project our task was to design and build a robot capable of sensing pulsed infrared beacons and distinguishing between two different colors of tape laid out on the floor. The robot was required to autonomously locate an IR beacon, head towards the beacon until encountering a strip of black tape, follow that black tape until reaching a 'T' of black tape, reacquire the IR beacon and head towards it once more, and finally count the number of lines of blue tape crossed before reaching the final black line. We added speakers so that the robot played music while navigating the course, but it wasn't loud enough in the recording so i put "robots" by Flight of The Conchords in the background.
